This Dunkin is usually really good but today something is odd. I’ve got an iced coffee and notice that there was a little plastic inside of my drink (didn’t take photos, didn’t make it a big deal) then I also got 3 chocolate frosted donuts. While the other 2 were good the one donut had multiple pieces of plastic stuck on it. I just tried calling them twice just to let them know but they didn’t answer.
Terrible customer service skills! The girl that took my order was rude because I made a mistake when ordering. They asked me to pull to the other side of the building to wait for my food, I parked in the wrong place apparently. I was scolded by the rude employee that brought out our food. She told me I parked in the wrong place and was completely rude about walking my food over to where I was parked. Then proceeded to argue with me when I told her I’ve never been there before. I stop there almost every day & get a caramel frozen & an iced black coffee & they get my drinks correct every time . They are very nice family oriented people & I have zero complaints they are always friendly. I only go to this location.
They do not understand the difference between dairy free and lactose free here. The cherry protein refresher DOES contain dairy. Staff told me it is dairy free. I called later to let them know they are telling people incorrectly and can seriously harm someone and the manager is STILL telling me lactose free/dairy free and does not get it. It is not safe to eat here with allergies. I'm already getting a headache. They are just asking for lawsuits.
