Sat 9/27- note is to management and other patrons: full time Wilmington Resident here. Came this morning at 9am to bring my two children for a requested morning treat. Young woman who took my order and rang me up was very nice. Gentleman with long hair (sorry didn’t look at name tags, guess I should) who gave me my coffee was definitely “off” - ordered a bagel with cream cheese for my 6 year old son- got all the way home and it was a crossaint sausage egg and cheese which he will not eat. Sooo slow…. This is not fast food. Hurry up and wait. Workers are out of hand and not being controlled properly by management.
