Server refused my service, was extremely rude, I had asked for a manager and she refused to give out management name, and all I had asked politely for was a Dunkin’ wrap @6:17pm (they close @7:00pm) and Serona has now refused my service 3 separate occasions. Like I just want to give you my money! I am extremely disappointed in Dunk’n Donuts for how they are training employees and management to treat paying customers!
I will never go back to this location. I ordered food and waited ten minutes or so which was fine. Multiple orders came up that were not mine. My drink came up with no food. The guy cooking asked me what I was waiting for. I told him and he said "You already got it I saw you pick it up" (i did not and never left the spot) I said no that was someone else order. Nothing like getting a stale bagel and a SMALL hot coffee with 3 shots of hazelnut and 3 sugars to wake you up. When you ask for sugar I don't think ppl would mean 3 of them. Another coffee from Dunkin dumped down the drain. I've lost count on how many times I've had to do this. You'd think they'd be able to make a coffee. It's the only Dunkin by me and I guess I need to just give up on Dunkin once and for all.
