Today earlier near 12 pm, two Black female employees were not friendly with one at drive thru having an attitude and other who came and got me revised order not friendly. While I understand how much stress they under and I was nice and patient having to correct them nicely after a botched order, no reason for an attitude while wishing them the best. Hope this behavior of them doesn't continue. One girl i see is sweet and friendly.
Slow Service and Order Mistake. The drive-thru line was long, so I came inside and still had to wait. The young man behind the register forgot to pack my donuts, which caused me to be late for work.
I ordered a side of snacking bacon and it was COLD the manager said it was suppose to be room temperature but it was cold and the last time I ordered it it was hot
I did not taste the food as I didn't order any. I ordered two of the same drinks through the app, got there to pick them up, and one had the whipped topping. Carmel and cinnamon on it, the other did not. I stood there for about 5 minutes before someone asked if something was wrong, and yes, that is how they asked me. After it was fixed, the drinks tasted fine. I would like to note there were plenty of employees.
