They take way too long and my egg and cheese wraps were not hot whatsoever. The bagel was very stale.
Me and my mom have been going to Dunkin Donuts’ everywhere since I was young. However, this particular location lacks in so many ways. I have worked in the restaurant business for two+ years and the way they are running this place is absolutely terrible for the following reason: They are rude and impolite. Whether you order ahead online or order through the drive through it never fails that something will be wrong with your order. It seems the employees have no attention to detail nor pride in their work. It is very disappointing when you receive something that you gave very specific details for and you get the complete opposite. Check your orders people. Even if you have to stay at the window for a few more seconds.
