Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too sat in the drive thru when there was absolutely no customers, we were the only ones they gave my husband one thing and tried to convince him that they put in what he actually wanted with an attitude. My coffee had absolutely no coffee in it and was just milk creamer and Carmel. The employees looked high and smelled like weed. They were so slow and rude. Amazing experience server is one of the best I have ever had, made our day, next time I am in town this is the Dunkin I go to no questions even if its a drive for me I might just come here due to the hospitality by Jordan, btw he us the GM and is leading by example!
This is quite possibly the slowest Dunkin’ on the planet. Writing this as I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes without moving. Can’t cancel my mobile order either.
This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The staff had no clue what they were doing — slow, careless, and completely unprofessional. We were ignored for most of the time, the food came late and cold, and when we asked simple questions, the attitude we got was unacceptable. The whole place was a mess. If you care even a little about good service, avoid this restaurant at all costs. Total waste of time and money. and when I asked to refund the money, they didn't know how to do it,
