The girls in there were more interested in talking to each other than waiting on a 74 year old woman. Very disappointed in the service! May not come back to this Dunkin! I felt invisible!
When going through the drivethru, the person taking my order seemed very annoyed over something. I understand being upset, but it felt like she just was angry to be working there. The guy giving the drunks didn't say anything, but was very quick with the drink giving! I've orded frozen drinks before, and they just make them iced instead, getting it completely wrong. I try to avoid that Dunkin' when I can because it just makes me uncomfortable overall.
