Had an employee being rude to a customer, then walked out mid-shift. The manager also tried telling me not to reach over the counter, even though it was my food that I paid for. I've been charged twice for a hot chocolate before because of their mistake, and online orders constantly charge me for cold foam or hot sauce that they don't even add. Nobody tells you, either. Paying for stuff I don't receive and dealing with poor customer service is frustrating.

Quite possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. If you order inside, they’ll make you wait, and often put your food or drinks in the drive out area and make you wait to get their attention to remind them that it’s yours. And they absolutely will miss Coffee ingredients if you like specialties. Coffee is just too expensive To get wrong, and to ruin the start of people’s warning

Would be nice to get the added bacon on my sandwich I paid extra for. Even left a tip since that’s apparently a thing now at the drive-through, though now I regret it. Not the first time either. Can’t tell if some workers are lazy, complacent, or both.
