it’s been three years and this location never gets my order correctly, there was one man who even yelled at me when i asked him to repeat himself over the speaker, i need to drive the extra five minutes to a new location because ive wasted so much money here..
the store was SO CLEAN and the staff extremely friendly. this is forsure my favorite dunkin compared too all the others 🤍
The absolute worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They served donuts that were so hard they had to be 2-3 days old. Of course I didn't realize until after I was long gone from the store.
Worst time to go is Sundays and holidays. The seasonal part timers dont know recipes for coffee drinks very well.. If you want a fancy coffee, I'd go to a different one. I had an issue with my points and Aliyanna was of huge help! the young adult's seem to do the best job with making the food & coffee specially the fancy ones!
Dunkin advertised free coffee for eagles going to the super bowl today. My husband and I walked in to get our free coffee and was told only one of us can get it free. It is advertised 1 per person. Very unprofessional to not honor their own promotion. I will not patronize that dunkin again.
