This is my first time I visit this Duncan at route3 Very bad service and she gave me attitude because she was a clean the latte machine and she told me I just was clear it and I tell her give me ice coffee and when she need to do my order she add some water from faucet and I ask her why you add the water she say that’s how the coffee make and I tell her that’s not clean water and she started giving me attitude and I need to cancel my order she say I’m sorry I can’t give you any refund and she trying to call her manager.
