Friendly service and great customer service
No worker's n to long a wait
There were only 2 employees working , michael and treasure when I walked in. I was very impressed at their teamwork with only 2 individuals. I also love how they fixed an issue that I had with my food. Some people can be overwhelmed but they stayed calm.
I work at another dunkin in NC and the food i was given... Was SO good!! My cousin enjoyed it and to his words "I need another one but from the same guy." He had long blonde hair tied up with hat backwards making our food!! May 4, 2025 @ 4.15PM
Ordered two iced matcha lattes at the drive thru and had to repeat it two or three times because the lady taking the order sounded like she had no clue what we were asking for. As soon as they appeared at the window, I thought to myself what the world is that. It looked like 2 cups of milk with ice. Look in the bottom and there is the tiniest bit of green just stuck to the bottom of the cup. Tried shaking it up, scraping the bottom. It was sad, tasted it and yep just milk.
