not even open at 7pm, lights off and everything, either close or hire more staff at least have a sign up saying you are closed, today on 8/26/26 i ordered the tiramisu cloud coffee it just tasted like iced coffee, no flavor, get extra pumps of syrup i guess
I tried to make an order on the app at this location place the order for a dozen of donuts on the app no problem spent 17 dollars when I arrived to the drive thru to confirm my order and the lady told me they didn't have anymore donuts.. she offered to make me drinks but I declined that. I just spent 17 dollars on donuts I asked her if I could get a refund she said you will have to go in the app and I couldn't find my order details from the app but I do have the email of my order confirmation I am extremely disappointed
I just have to give a MAJOR shoutout to the manager, Jennifer. I scheduled a Door Dash order for 250 munchkins to send to my daughter's sorority house and I was initially told by my Door Dash driver that they couldn't fulfill the order and it is a long story but Jennifer made it happen and I am forever grateful and the girls were happy! TY AGAIN
