I order Uber twice a week from here and this is now the third time they have messed up my order. My order is very simple 4x bacon. 4xmini bagels and an egg/cheese on English muffin which BTW it says on the receipt. Please look at this picture of what they sent for my sandwich. And I only received 2 orders of the mini bagels not 4. Clearly math is not something they screen employees for. When you have employees that don't care it shows and you lose business, Good luck with that

Iced coffee on-point today Edit : (a year later) this Dunkin went from being the best in the area to one of the worst. Newest group of employees have no manner, the food and drinks are not out together well anymore either. Paying 5.67 for a coffee and they forget the espresso shot lol
I always give this location a chance, I live across the street so it’s convenient but mannnn I have to start going to the one on Drew st. They STAY messing up the most simple orders. I order my coffee the same way every day and they always find a way to mess it up. It’s a guarantee they’ll mess up your order. A hit or miss with the customer service. I like the old morning crew . This new crew is wild. Looks like they have 2 recovering addicts and young teenagers. The blind leading the blind
This was a completely different experience than yesterday’s Dunkin at another location. We went through the drive thru and had a small hiccup with our “points” app but they figured it out and were so friendly. They even gave us napkin “cup holders” for our drinks. I loved the thoughtfulness! Thank you for starting our day with a smile and thoughtfulness.
