Rude staff and they ignore delivery orders !
My friends and I were sitting at a table and one of them had ordered a water. We were laughing with each other and one of my friends took my phone, so I leaned over to take it back and the water spilled on the ground. A rude employee came up to us and yelled at us to cut it out, making an unnecessary commotion out of something we could’ve cleaned up on our own. This location is totally hit or miss. Sometimes they will nail your drink, other times it’s totally wrong. I watched an employee make my iced latte with regular coffee (not espresso) this morning, and this isn’t the first time it has happened when ordering from this Dunkin. I won’t be coming back since it’s a 50/50 chance of getting what I paid for.
I go to this Dunkin' Donuts almost every morning before work. Your employee, Jennifer, who usually works the morning shift during the week, is one of the nicest and happiest Dunkin' Donuts employees I have ever encountered in my 25 years of going there. I appreciate people who are always so positive because, in this world, most people are not. To see her smiling face every morning definitely helps. Please ensure she is recognized; she deserves it—working the morning shift is not easy.
