I came through the drive thru around 4 pm. "Kim" came and took my order. When I pulled around to the window Kim was on the opposite side of the building at the register inside taking an order. From the register she yells and asks if I got the cold brew, I answered yes and she asked again. The donuts were hard as a rock and they are allowed to sell those..I'll be finding another dunkin
They waited on the people behind me before I was done and didn't give me all of my order first ...I had to wait for the other people to even get my stuff
