Horrible service. Did not make my order correctly. Many items were out. Close this location if you cannot run it up to par.
I cannot fathom how poor this place is run. The two people here seem incompetent, 15 people waiting for their coffee. This cannot be that difficult.
The lady was very nice and helpful.
There’s ordering kiosks. And a regular one. One person (overwhelmed). They were busy so tried the kiosk. Couldn’t find just a normal coffee on the kiosk. Left. I hate modern life and this Dunkin is everything I hate about modern life.
Busy location, I ordered on the App and got my coffee right away.
