Omg awful. Worst Dunkin ever. What we go through for a one-coffee order is ridiculous. Worst attitude and case of laziness I have ever seen. It's empty, so no one wants to sit there for 15 minutes for one item just because I guess.... you don't want to work. Also you are making the vagrancy problem worse by leaving us out there waiting forever. When we're out there THAT long, sketchy folks will be preying upon us- it's happened twice. But the employees do not care. This is 3/3 and there will not be a 4th time. No reason left... read more
I waited 20 minutes just to get a black cold brew with nothing in it. There were two people working, and while the drive-through was moving along at a fair pace, the person handling the counter could not seem to do any task faster than about one item per five minutes. There was literally only one person ahead of me. I had to remind her that I had ordered the drink, to which she then said “oh that’s right my fault.” The lid was defective, so as soon as I got into my vehicle coffee splashed everywhere (see photo).
