Omg awful. Worst Dunkin ever. The bullshit we have to be put through for a one-coffee order is ridiculous. This one hires the bottom of the barrel with the worst attitude and worse case of laziness I have ever seen. It's empty, so no one wants to sit there for 15 minutes for one item just because you don't want to work. Also you are making the vagrancy problem worse by leaving us out there waiting forever.
