I went order a medium ice latte I told her at least 3 times and she put Meduim ice coffee the I said whole milk she said oat milk then at the window I give my card I payed I’m waiting the drink was not done she’s looks at her coworker confused asked what did I want I told her I payed for my ice latte she brings it minutes later then no straw she looks again confused and asked what are you waiting for I said the straw like if you don’t know what to just quit your job terrible service
Staff has poor work ethic, lie about flavors being discontinued as if there aren’t 2 other Dunkin’s within a mile radius to confirm their lies. Also lie about POS systems being down & not having items on menu constantly. I’m a regular who’s stops in to the gas station and have witnessed them turn away customers usually homeless or regulars they don’t get along with for some personal reason or another which has forced me to find other alternatives.
