I have consistently had the same issue at this location whenever I order an iced coffee with less ice. Instead of simply reducing the amount of ice, the cup ends up only partially filled, leaving me with much less of the actual drink. When I asked the staff about it, I was told that it was because I requested less ice, which was a disappointing explanation. Beware of the cheesy cup holders at this Dunkin. I had 2 cups in one this past Saturday morning and the thing completely collapsed as I was putting the coffee in my car, making a complete mess of the inside of the car. DO NOT accept these holders for your coffee. If you do you will be sorry. They are extremely flimsy. There was no manager there at the time because it was very early. Tried contacting this location by phone and the number listed is completely bogus.
