The guy who wears an orange hat always gets my order wrong and then argues with me that I ordered wrong. He does this all the time. There’s a black lady with a Hispanic accent that also screams at the top of her lungs calling me “sweetheart calm down” when all I was doing was explaining that an Oreo coolata doesn’t come with coffee and the orange hat guy kept arguing that yes it does.
