When I visited today at 3pm on a Sunday they only had 4 donut options. It seems to be almost every visit that they are out of flavors.
Place is chaos. Donuts all over the back of the counter floor. Munchkins/donut holes dropping on the floor I did not get my receipt and the lady was not listening to what donuts I want. One of the drink fell on the floor and they appeared to reuse the cup to redo the order.
ordered a fluffernutter cloud LATTE, i received a chillier and when i told them that’s not what i ordered they told me it has to be like this and the other is protein, it isn’t. i also stopped ordering the loaded hash browns because they come out cold and when i asked for it heated they told me no they can’t…
The picture speaks for itself. I ordered via mobile app and went in to pick up. There is one employee at this location that is friendly, communicates when there's long wait times, greets customers, and works diligently. The rest need trained on how to do customer service or help multitasking. This location desperately needs improved.
