This place needs new management. They try to enforce an “ice policy” and scam you of portions of your drink. We are not paying $4 of ice for a $7 drink, fill it up to the top. Other Dunkin’s like Waxhaw will make your drink properly and normally. Contacted Dunkin Support and they said they’re looking into this location. In the mean time, stay away from here.
Came in to get iced coffee and something to eat. Placed my order on the kiosk and the lady behind the counter said they will get it for you shortly. I waited and waited to the point where a couple came in after me and ordered with an employee and got their stuff and left. Even then, no employee questioned Why I was still there. When I finally spoke up and asked if I could get my order the dark headed guy got an attitude snapped at me and said what did I order. Donuts always taste stale. Employees are not friendly or helpful and do not know about the products. After asking how many ounces were in a small hot chocolate, the employee told me he didn’t know and that I needed to go online to check for that information and then told me I needed to decide between hot or iced coffee (which I didn’t want). They were more interested in socializing with each other.
Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, the food was served extremely late, and there was no apology at any point. They even forgot one of the sandwiches, and when we asked, they acted as if it wasn’t their mistake. They eventually made it, but still didn’t apologize. I couldn’t pick 0 stars for service
This location is terrible! I ordered a loaded hashbrown and they gave me a cup of cold cheese and huge slices of burnt bacon. And they didnt give me the sandwich i ordered had to go in and get the correct one. The fact this has happened twice now, there’s no excuse.
