I forget how terrible going to this dunkin is. I just wanted to go in to see what donuts they had and to place an order. I was standing in line for 15 minutes without acknowledgement of my presence. I just left at the 15 minute mark and went elsewhere to get donuts and drinks. This is absolutely terrible and I will never go here again.
I don't do many reviews but we have been coming here for a while and correct orders can be a hit or miss. Don't expect to get the right coffee on a consistent basis. Disappointing for a chain franchise that should have better accountability.
UPDATE!! So disappointed that I have to update my review. I have been coming to this Dunkin’ since I moved to the area a year and a half ago. Very frequent visit. On my last visit, I received cold food (not cooked all the way through) and a latte that was only okay. I immediately called and told about my experience.. was told the order would be replaced no problem. I call in to let the team know I would be on my way to pick up the order. This place needs new management. They try to enforce an “ice policy” and scam you of portions of your drink. We are not paying $4 of ice for a $7 drink, fill it up to the top. Other Dunkin’s like Waxhaw will make your drink properly and normally. Contacted Dunkin Support and they said they’re looking into this location. In the mean time, stay away from here.
