3 employees outside smoking under a tree while the line doesn’t move for 20 minutes. Ya’ll just sat there looking at the line. Lol pathetic.
Terrible place. Placed my order at the machine and paid. After waiting about 15 min for them to call my name I finally asked where was my order. Their response was that they were out of the items I had ordered. Asked why they didn't come up and let me know - the receipt machine was broken, so they weren't even getting them!!! Like, really? Ok, I asked for a refund - they told me someone would come and help me with that. After waiting another 20 min a lady comes and tries to place a refund, but she can't find the right button... read more

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Dunkin‘ Laden unserer kompletten New England Tour. Bestellung wurde erst auf Nachfrage ausgegeben, 4 von 6 bestellten Donuts waren Garn nicht mehr verfügbar. Auf den Toiletten gab es kein Papier mehr und von der Sauberkeit und Hygiene möchte ich erst gar nicht sprechen. Und das obwohl gefühlt 10 Mitarbeiter in dem Laden rumspringen. Völliges Chaos und Missmanagement.
