I waited in the drive thru line and when I got to the speaker and placed my order. I was then rudely interrupted and told that they were “too busy” to make any food. This has happened on multiple occasions and needs to be addressed

My recent visit to this Dunkin was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience felt completely impersonal. With orders being taken exclusively through mobile apps or kiosks, there was no human interaction whatsoever, making me feel unimportant and unwanted. Waited in the drive thru line for five minutes, and when it was my time to order the person started laughing at my stutter. It happened twice and I left without ordering. Honestly disgusting.
