Bad customer service. Location is consistently out of foods and ingredients. Incredibly long wait time in the drive thru only to get the wrong food.
I hit up Dunkin Everytime we are in Greenville, never have any issues! Food, coffee and service is on point.
The wait time is insane even for a online order, went inside and the staff just mess around. I can see they have no sense of speed or care. As someone whos worked food service all her life, management needs to put faster people on that drive through
Pup cups are free everywhere and Dunkin advertises free pup cups. Here at this location they charge!!!! Smh. A squirt of whip cream costs a dollar.
Busy weekend traffic, but best Dunkin' location in Greenville.
