Extremely slow drive thru. 5+ mins per car with a staff that seemed like they could care less.
The worst Dunkin Donuts in TN. For years. They consistently will not listen to your order. If I ask for “light ice,” they fill the cup ½ to almost ¾ full of ice. $6 for a cup full of ice? One guy had to remake my mocha latte twice because he forgot (1.) to add chocolate (2.) and the second time he didn’t add the Expresso. Pics below show the amount of mocha latte and the ⅔ cup of ice from today, 10/17. Ridiculous. DO BETTER.
Love their white cream donuts. Sad for the first time today it was less than half filled with the white cream. What's driving through town on the way to a meeting and didn't have time to swing back. Staff was very nice
UPDATED: THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THIS LOCATION ANOTHER TRY BUT TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT IT WAS STILL AN UTTER FAILURE. I ORDERED A HOT PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE WHEN I GOT UP TO THE WINDOW THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T MAKE IT BECAUSE THEY HAD ALREADY CLEANED THE ESPRESSO MACHINE. THEY WERE 2 HOURS FROM CLOSING SO I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY EVEN DID THAT BUT THEY REFUSED TO MAKE IT SIMPLY BASED ON THE FACT THAT THEY HAD ALREADY CLEANED THE ESPRESSO MACHINE.
