Waited at the window for 15 mins as I saw all the workers standing around… I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, they get my order wrong so I go around for them to fix it… wrong again.
Employees are rude, the coffee sucks, terrible service never going back
Constantly missing items at the drive-thru, and they don't issue refunds even when they are out of something that was ordered online.
Six people working and nobody taking orders - either at the drive through nor the counter. If you own this store, you should send someone to check.
Worst experience ever,,,I order thru drive through,,after waiting for the 2 cars in front of me for about 20 to 25 minutes..The lady at the window tells me she’s not going to give me my order,,this was my supper run and I chose DD to eat at…not only did she slam the window shut she comes back to insult me,give me the finger,call me an asshole and told me I was an ugly old man…I said nothing wrong or mean to her so I don’t know what her problem was…should be on tape,,this was Nov 5th around 4pm….went back to work and 11 hr da... read more
