On 2/28 I went through the drive thru and waited 15-20 mnts for my order that never came. I took off because I needed to get to work. My kids were disappointed because they were looking forward to their breakfast sandwich on the way to school. I came back the next day for the store to redo my order and I am now still waiting again 20 mnts for my 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 wake up wraps. Of all the Dunkin Donuts I have been to, this one is the worst. Horrible service, very rude. They never have anything. So disappointing. Literally waited in the drive thru for 6 mins till finally got a response. I left. I would do no stars I just had to select one to be able to type this.
This location is regularly out of donuts early/mid afternoon. It boggles the mind that Dunkin Donuts is out of most donuts by 4 pm regularly. What a waste of shopping strip space.
⭐️⭐️ This Dunkin’ runs on disappointment. If you’re looking for actual decaf coffee, keep looking. What they serve is just regular coffee with commitment issues—so watered down it might as well be tea. If I wanted weak coffee, I’d just whisper “caffeine” over a cup of warm tap water. And let’s talk about the drive-thru. If you enjoy watching your life pass before your eyes while waiting for a cup of disappointment, this is the place for you.
