If I could give 0 stars I would, only come here since it’s right infront of my house & my daughters want donuts but the customer service here is TERRIBLE. Never have donuts , never have boxes. Employees don’t realize they work at a restaurant.
Don’t waste your time coming here. I waited almost 25 minutes for my order. After I placed it, it seemed like I was completely forgotten. There were only two employees working. One of them took my order but then continued helping customers who ordered after me, while the other was focused on the drive-thru. I wasn’t acknowledged or updated about my order until much later. When this location first opened, it was great. Food was always good, timely, orders were complete, they were never out of anything. Recently they've gone down hill quick. Just about every time we go now our order is missing something or they're out of something we ordered. The last 3 times we've gone we've had to go back and pick up items they didn't give us. Wasting our time, money, and gas. And when you walk in they look annoyed and will stay talking in the back after they've seen you.
