Drive thru young lady was rude & unfriendly No customer service!!!!
I went in to get my favorite donuts (jelly filled), but they were out, so i got an apple fritter, 2 apple cinnamon filled and a bacon,egg, and cheese croissant. Sara filled the order, and Delila rang me up. Both of these ladies were very welcoming and friendly. I love my Dunkin'
CHANGED MY REVIEW^^ the new management they have hired and have at the drive thru will be the reason we DONT come back! The new general manager is super RUDE & I would’ve bought $30 more on top of the $36 I spent but not with her there! I have been going here for 2 years with no problem & even prefer it over Starbucks but not anymore! Get her out of there!
