In 2023 the staff was horrific, gave this location numerous chances again and again, only went like once a week at that. Today I waited 20 mins for my order, was 1 of 2 cars in line, and the workers were rude. To top it off they literally sold me a watered down coffee with tea bags in it, and cream cheese bagels completely covered. Not even close to my order, Worst experience.
