From 2019 to 2024 this place was definitely a hit or miss, and their bad days were certainly bad (wrong orders, tea mixed with coffee, out of supplies, negative customer service, late openings in morning, etc). & the drivethru is just awkward. --However, I've been fair & updated my review because this location went from a solid 2 to about a 4 (Nov 2025-present) They appear to finally have a solid young staff, while the inconsistent ones and their poor management is fading out! the service if awful the staff not casual and positive at all you order something they give something eels I have seen better
Came by the drive-through For a drink and a male began taking my order. In the middle of me placing my order, the employee tells me it is now too late to place an order now since it is 7:01 and they close at 7. All I could do is laugh because I would think the decent human thing to do in that situation is to finish the order since we were in the process already and it was only a minute over the time but nope they close at 7. No more common decency in food service anymore and it’s sad
