The donuts are generally good . The coffee is over rated IMO. I don’t like that the donuts sit out in the open with no glass or anything protecting them from dust, flies, cough droplets if people cough near the register. ( does up to ten feet) It’s unsanitary. My family members seem not to care. 🤷♀️ The employees are always nice. Today though, we ordered a cream filled. My son found no cream until halfway through the donut and it was just a drop. Title They shut down the bathroom. Their Matcha green tea and donuts crappy taste. Bad customer service. We purchased 2 drinks and 2 donuts and they won’t even allow us to use the restroom. I had to find another restaurant near by to use the restroom. They are rude Hispanic guy working there. The matcha green tea was horrible not even sweet. Their donuts were dry. Not worth it. This is the Donkin Donut in La Sierra, Riverside Ca. I give them a 0 review.
Always so weird here I go through the drive thru and for one the speaker volume is terribly low and every worker has a weird aura the one that screams I don’t wanna be here n they will do the bare minimum to get u out the drive thru. I ordered a tea with steamed milk and I could just tell he wasn’t gonna do it I got a apprehensive n lousy “sure” when asked if he could steam the milk N low n behold I was correct and the sweetness level was sickeningly sweet yuck if I wanted a tea with plain ol milk I would’ve just made it at ... read more

I seriously don’t know how this place is still in business. I waited in line for this mess for 45 mins. The people who work here seem undertrained and under staffed. Get it together.
