As a young individual , I’ve never met an older woman with such little class. It was sad to see the way she talked to not just me but other customers with aggressive mannerisms and a condescending attitude, truly disgusting. This happen to be the manager; how unfortunate :(
Terrible customer service, I went this morning and the lady at the window was very rude to me.
Brought my son and we absolutely loved it. There's a big seating area inside. Easy to order and pick our donuts. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. I've been coming here regularly and it's been pretty nice until I started ordering specific donuts through the drive thru and they mess it up everytime. I don't understand. I don't make it complicated but they don't even look at the ticket. It's not even close to the ones I picked. Very disappointing. Especially since I don't even go during any rush hours or anything. I am a frequent Dunkin customer, but always try NOT to come to this location. Whether it’s an issue with trying to place separate orders in the drive through, or an issue with the food, there’s ALWAYS something. My order this morning was just poorly done. My iced coffee didn’t have cream in it (which I pointed out before it was passed out the window) instead of remaking it properly they added cream to what was there and handed it out the window.
