One of the most hospitable Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been at. Such a kind and caring staff that always goes above and beyond to help serve their guests. Kaylee and Abby both showed prime examples of what it’s like to truly care for your guests And make the customer feel valued so they keep coming back.. This amazing staff at the store will forever be the reason why I stopped at SENOIA Dunkin and never anywhere else. Thank you, Senoia Dunkin!
There were three people working today. Two young ladies and one man at the drive-through with a mustache. The man couldn’t stop picking his nose and putting his fingers in his mouth. It was disgusting. I watched them for two minutes straight. When I asked for a manager, they said there wasn’t one on duty. I told the two ladies and they said that they’re working on it with him which seemed genuine, but just frankly wasn’t enough.
I’ve been there several times before with no problems until i went on 8/20/26 and ordered 3 crossiants with bacon,egg and cheese at drive-thru an employee gave them to me and said sorry it took so long. When I got home 3 miles away all of them were cold and tried to call them but it went to voice mail. I was very unsatisfied but don't know if i'll go back !
