Placed online order. Went inside to pick up. Grandson wanted ice cream. They tried to charge more than was on the sign. Said they just hadn't updated new pricing. Manager couldn't fix price. Lady wanted to buy cake from freezer. They said freezer was broken but let her buy thawed cake anyway. Floor was covered in coffee seeping from behind counter. Puddles everywhere. Worst Dunkin ever!!!
I’d give this place negative stars if I could thanks to the staff. Rude and unfriendly atmosphere from the workers at the register
Ja’Kiyah was AWESOME, she made my husbands banana split and it was simply AWESOME!! Can’t give enough stars. My daughter also got donuts and she said they were tasty:) another employee was present, she was super nice as well. We will be back and again.
