I'm a huge Dunkin fan, so this one was disappointing. I'll start with the positive: the iced coffee itself was great. The problem was that they had no medium cups. I would have been perfectly happy if they had simply made my medium drink in a large cup and told me they were out of the correct size, but instead the options were basically small or large.
