I generally have good service here, but I've noticed the quality has gone down a bit. My order wasn't too complicated, yet they somehow managed to get the sandwiches both wrong. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and cream cheese on a white cheddar bagel. What I got was a plain bagel with bacon egg and cheese, and an everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese and cream cheese spread on it. Not really sure where the confusion came from. OMG! The sausage and cheese croissant i had was so very good! Crisp and flaky outside, warm and delicious inside. My new favorite breakfast sandwich <3
