This particular Dunkin has messed my order up several times. If I have the time to turn around and bring it to their attention they are more than glad to correct it. If I’m unable to address the situation in person and attempt to call, no one will answer. The people are friendly and the restaurant is clean, however more often than not they are not giving you your full order without having to correct them.
They give me 50 munchies but is good
Came in at 11am. One other person in the lobby waiting to order and it ended up taking 30 min to get my coffee between waiting to order and getting my drink. The guy that took my order forgot what it was 5 min after ordering, asked if I'd ordered a sweet tea. Then the coffee was wrong. After 30 min I didn't want to wait for another one. I saw at least 4 people working the back but no one was doing anything to help.
