Wonderful staff at this location. Most Dunkin locations, they aren't rude but they aren't friendly. Here they talk to me, joke around, much better than everywhere else but Marcy
I go to dunkin on oriskany blvd almost every morning. Will not be returning until I see one of the newest employees are fired. Constantly messes up my order, whether it be 4 drinks for my coworkers and myself or just a coffee for myself. She can't get the measurements right. Ordered a matcha, the way we got it was BROWN. Matcha is supposed to be green. Ordering more than 1 drink, I think she frequently messes up what cup is what as this just happened again this morning. All of our drinks are disgusting.
So I Recently went for coffee the other day and asked if they had Bagels and the service through the Window was horrible. First asked for senior Discount and when I got to the window a worker has to cold coffees and is calling me Gina. What in the world . Drops my change on the ground so I tossed back 10 cent because no Discount and the coffee was like old and watered down but enough to Burn my mouth . Reaching out to my Lawyers . So thankyou for the customer service that all of you need to learn.
