I ordered an ice tea, this is what they gave me. We send an apprentice to pick it up so I couldn't contest this in store, but I shouldn't have to. This is unacceptable.
We were the only customers there and the eating places were dirty - see photo.
Every time I order to this location in the app I have to reach out to customer service for a refund. They don’t have decaf coffee, and they don’t have hash browns.
Very unprofessional, Very slow , Always messing up my online orders and I mean always ! They dont know the difference between their own flavored teas. I just ordered a large black hot tea , And I recieved a delivery of a Large "Cool Mint" tea. Place is absolutely Trash
