I’m baffled by the decision to hire individuals solely responsible for running a breakfast establishment, yet they seem utterly inept at preparing breakfast foods. The bacon they serve is the most unacceptable I’ve ever encountered. Why would anyone willingly serve this Dunkin ? It’s a clear indication of a decline in quality. Regrettably, Dutch Brothers has become my preferred choice, and this is saying a lot because I used to be a loyal customer of Dunkin every morning. This is the final straw.
I would give minus five stars if that was an option and after reading thru the reviews for this store so would a lot of other ppl. I wasn’t even going to leave a review because clearly it falls on deaf ears, I come into this store once a week on wed mornings while waiting on the bus I order the same thing bagel minis and an iced coffee and every single week I get cold bagels I’ve asked for them to be heated twice with an argument from the manager no less stating they’re supposed to be cold on the inside because it’s cream ch... read more
Quick to ask for tips in the drive thru but can’t get your order right and all have an attitude. What exactly are we tipping???
