Very mid coffee was very weak
Having coffee and working on laptop. Gentleman comes in, orders and inappropriately starts complaining it wasn’t right. The young lady offered every option to help him. She was genuine, professional and really tried everything but he wouldn’t hear any of her solutions. Funny thing is it seemed like it WAS what he ordered. He oddly walked in and out a few times making the situation worse, finally leaving. Had it escalated beyond his complaints, I would have intervened. Fortunately it didnt come to that.
