Every time i come here it’s a problem this place also rotates through new employees that ALWAYS HAS A ATTITUDE down to the mangers and the ( Management Team ) the boss is there every day and always has a problem when people correct him on the oven cause it doesn’t do nothing else when he is there. Walked up to the counter with female employee. Not a greeting at all while she on call with a friend on the phone. Waited for me to speak to start the order. Placed an order for food and her first response is "I don't want to make food", no explanation at all. The time was 4:40pm. I walked away and said thank you. This is a completely unprofessional staff representing your brand. Please take this under consideration for Dunkin' Donuts sake.

The worker- she looked Hispanic just stared at us n didn’t greet us at all. No hello? Who is teaching these workers the manners. I tell her i want a strawberry dragonfruit with water & she hands me a mango pineapple with lemonade. Did she even bother & she was just disrespectful and rude. Do not bother coming here because they r jus disrespectful!!!! To top it off she didnt say a word to us at all n when we did TRY !!!!! She just put a “we r closed sign”.
