I’ve been a Dunkin customer for years, but I stopped going there because the new manager doesn’t know how to talk to people or treat them well. If your order is wrong and you complain, she treats you badly; she even treats the staff poorly right in front of everyone. She is rude, disrespectful to everyone, and doesn’t know how to speak to people properly. I went there for coffee, and she didn’t make it the way I wanted; when I complained, she gave me attitude. Every time i come here it’s a problem this place also rotates through new employees that ALWAYS HAS A ATTITUDE down to the mangers and the ( Management Team ) the boss is there every day and always has a problem when people correct him on the oven cause it doesn’t do nothing else when he is there. He doesn’t know how to cook best thing for him to do is stay on cash ( Avez ) however you spell his name. This location is just getting wore by the days/weeks/ months. Walked up to the counter with female employee. Not a greeting at all while she on call with a friend on the phone. Waited for me to speak to start the order. Placed an order for food and her first response is "I don't want to make food", no explanation at all. The time was 4:40pm. I walked away and said thank you. This is a completely unprofessional staff representing your brand. Please take this under consideration for Dunkin' Donuts sake.
