Whoever owns this franchise establishment should retrain their employees about quality customer service. Most customers that walk inside of a store instead of a drive-through want to purchase from the case, not the window or in general want to see how their food is being handled. I purposely don’t order from Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through windows because, my personal opinion is the possibility of debris landing on the display of donuts near the window due to wind and high traffic passing by. Got both of my drink orders wrong, even after I double checked with them that they were correct correct.
