Donell was extremely respectful and polite, food was fast and tasty but overall props to Donell!
Some staff are kind and polite, while others are very rude. I was scolded for not knowing that they toss out all the donuts an hour before closing. I apologized and explained that I was not aware because the mobile app indicated that donuts were still available to order. Then, I was given attitude and scolded again. Interesting experience.
I had ordered a dozen doughnuts and a hot chocolate through the app for pickup. When I arrived at the location, they told me that they had thrown out all of their doughnuts for the night, and didn’t give me the hot chocolate either. They told me to contact dunkin for a refund. I did. I called and sent approximately 15 emails to them, with minimal to no response. I never got my refund, and this occurred months ago now.
