We live closest to this Dunkin and will be driving 15-30 minutes to get coffee elsewhere for now on. They usually take about 5-10 minutes wait time per car and will repeat your order back to you but are still able to punch in different things on their end so you end up with the wrong order. Their items are also subpar, even compared to other Dunkins in the area
Very slow service
I had to turn around after 15 mnts driving from store because they messed up the order just to get attitude. Rude people no matter how nice you being. I used to stop there everyday for lunch but never again tbh. I would do the extra 10 minutes to the next one from now on.
Still just barely the last resort Dunkin, only go this this Dunkin if the one across town is really busy, this location never really seems to be on top of things this morning I order "bagel" they say "okay" I say "donut" they say "okay" then I say coffee with French vanilla and sugar and they apparently heard "2 coffees" so I have to correct them to one coffee as I stated a moment earlier and when we get to the window no donut.... By far the worst customer service ever. I don’t know that it’s company policy to talk shit about your own customers behind the counter but that’s not how you run a business. The food has always been badly made and the coffee is terrible. Orders are more than often wrong. None of the staff seem happy to work there.
