This location used to be great, but lately staff have been strangely aggressive, our orders have been frequently wrong, and most recently they left us waiting at the drive thru window for 5+ minutes and then seemed confused that we were there.
Some staff are great and some are very rude. There have been multiple times where my order was made incorrectly such as putting dairy milk in instead of non dairy milk.
The lady was so so rude . Even she doesn’t know how to talk with people. Dunkin doesn’t have these kind of employees in their stores.
