Love my local Dunkin Donuts. They know me and how I love my frozen coffee. They are all so friendly, day or night shift. Donuts are always fresh. Highly recommend.
Wanted a large cup of water and even said I'd pay for a large fountain drink, the lady said they could sell me small ice water or bottled water. I arrived at the window and asked why they couldn't see me the water, she said I don't make the rules, I replied I understand, but they could have rung me me up for a large fountain drink. She said it was companies policy and walked away.
