I came into and the location didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but the staff accommodated and made things right. I live a half mile away and will definitely be stopping by this location in the near future. Jackie is awesome and her staff today were so kind. Thanks guys.
I went there this morning 6/26/2026 to get some coffee, pulled up in the drive thru and was asked to come in the lobby, fine no issues with that, I went in to the lobby and the kiosk wasn’t working no problem things happen, but what I have a issue with is that the workers in there were just looking at me and not rendering assistance or anything, I then saw other cars going to the drive thru and getting their orders done, at that point I got frustrated and walked out, I did call corporate and was told that someone would reach... read more
Great food and drinks
i purchased a medium latte this morning @ 7:12 am, i was supposed to get a free drink tee cup holder, i called this afternoon and the guy said we ran out ... i said you ran out @ 7:12 am??? okay and answered the phone saying hello, not hello this is Dunkin. just so ghetto, unprofessional, Gross. never going to this dunkin again everyone needs fired all new staff start over
Made my order from kiosk then didn’t have cold brew and couldn’t refund me
