Made my order from kiosk then didn’t have cold brew and couldn’t refund me
I would not recommend this place. The customer service was very poor staff seemed disengaged and unhelpful, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. My order was made incorrectly, and when I asked for it to be fixed, I was told they couldn’t correct it. There was also no communication about happy hour, which added to the frustration. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and disappointing. I will never go back here again.
The drive-through is always backed up or something is going wrong with the service in drive-through is not adequate enough for customer. Poor management skills are provided among staff. I know you have to do mobile orders but still the customer in front of you is first.
Don't come here—the employees are terrible and rude. I hope the store manager can do something about these people.
