First of all you gotta Yell over the Music to give your order !!!!!! This place is Horrible..... Go to the Other Dunkin up in Elkridge... This one on Troy Hill Is Terrible... Or Go to 7 Eleven!! LATEST UPDATE.... NOW THEY DON'T WANNA OPEN UP AT 5:00 AM..... THEY SEE YOU STANDING THERE BUT DO NOTHING ..... WHEN THEY SEE YOU LEAVE THEN THEY UNLOCK THE DOOR...... EVERYONE IS PISSED OFF ..... THEY LOCATION JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE.
Stopped in to this Dunkin location for some quick drinks. It was easy to order on the kiosk and the drinks were ready very quickly and tasted good. This location is small on the inside and there's no drive-thru, so it's good to grab your drinks/food on the go.
If they’re going to close early, it’d be nice if they’d post accurate hours online. More than once, they’ve been closed and cleaning well before their closing time of 9pm. This time, i wanted to bring hot chocolates to a team practicing in chilly weather and learning to take business elsewhere if I want to be able to actually get into a store, let alone get anything I’d ordered.
Can't rate since your doors did not open at 5 am as posted. People waiting and the 1 employee running around trying to set up. Do better.
Today I ordered a midnight roast coffee from this Dunkin. It tasted horrible, very bitter and undrinkable. I then tried to submit a complaint in their app, which failed to submit. Very disappointed that I wasted my money today and still need to buy another coffee...
