There is a very sweet lady who works here and I think her name is Brooklyn. She is always so kind and gets my order right every time!! She’s the best!

I switched to a different location that opened since it was closer to my house but I frequent this one on my way to work. If you go before 9 AM, the line is long but the service is great and they get everything right. But I’ve noticed if I go later in the day, things will be wrong in the order. I just left and my drink was made wrong and half my food is missing. They are nice enough, but I’d almost rather they be rude and get my order right.

There is a reason that this particular location has less than four stars. I went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order and the girl over the intercom was purposefully SCREAMING into the mic, and you could hear her and the other workers in the background laughing about it. I got to the window and she roughly handed me my coffee and said, “there you go bye.” I gave her a weird look because her demeanor was very weird, but I also had a raspberry croissant and a coffee roll that she didn’t give me.
