If I could give no stars I would. I walked in at 7:45 on a Sunday morning, and stood. I was never greeted. I was never acknowledged. I thought for a moment I had forgotten to remove the invisibility shield. I watched three employees Fill the coffee machine, Get stuff out of the back, but never acknowledge my existence. As I walked out, I noticed there was absolutely no one in the drive-through. What a shitty Dunkin' Donuts. I'm glad I don't live around here, because the Dunkin' Donuts in my hometown knows how to do donuts.
Ordered breakfast for my entire company; donuts, muffins, bagels, and two large coffee containers as well with flavoring (the works) to be picked up at 6:30AM, I ordered 12 hours before pick up. There were several bags when I got there and I said which one has the coffee in them, it was a sealed bag and I took their word for it, this was a $180 order.....there was no coffee in any of the bags, not to mention we were missing some of the other items. I tried to call the store to let them know, the phone just rang and rang....o... read more
Went here before work. I ordered a hot coffee with 2 creams 4 sugars she gave me iced coffee. I asked for a powdered lemon donut she gave me vanilla after asking me to confirm that I wanted lemon. Then after her replacing coffee I get to work to take a sip and it tastes horrible. Will not be back.
