it is one of the worst dunking donuts I have ever been too. the staff does not know how to hustle and move. the atmosphere is like a dead brand being driven to the ground. I also wonder if any of them can read and comprehend the English language. lots of staring at recipes and screens looking deeply confused.
Bathrooms were horrible, hadn't been clean. The toilet, sink, floor and door were absolutely disgusting. Someone had been ill in there.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ on July 2, 2026. I went through the drive thru and asked the employee taking my order what the largest quantity of Munchkins I could purchase was. He told me 100, so I said I’d like to order 100. He entered my order as two boxes of 50 Munchkins. When I got home, I discovered there were only 25 Munchkins in each box, for a total of just 50 instead of the 100 I paid for.
