There's nothing I despise more than a hallucinated wait estimates from staff. 5 minutes is not 20.
They all seem like they hate their job and can never get your order right.
This is one of the worst Dunkin donuts around. The staff is rude and my coffee never tastes right. Today put I went to get my free pumpkin spice latte. I waited for 20 minutes the cashier was rude. My latte was nasty and watery. The donuts were hard and not what I ordered. I won't be back.
