Dry tasteless donuts
I typically go to this Dunkin 3/4 times a week and over the last few weeks it’s just been a horrible experience and this morning was the worst. I ALWAYS place my orders on the app ahead of time when I about 5 minutes away. This morning was a last minute decision but I still placed it before pulling into the drive through. BEWARE!!! After going through the drive through CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!! When my granddaughter was there she was overcharged and caught it; they said she was going to get a full refund and her order was free. The manager was not there and the employees didn’t know how to do the refund!!!! She was told to go to the Jericho store to see the manager! Today we went into the drive thru for a single cup of coffee. While understandably it was a busy Dunkin day, we ended up waiting 40 mins in the line before we got to the pickup window!!! There was no way to back out so we just had to grin and bear it! Suggest never using drive thru there.
