I ordered a large and received a medium. I ordered butter pecan and received pumpkin spice. Yuck! I returned home and chucked it into the bin! Why ask what I would like? This Dunkin has a terrific rating on Yelp. What is the deal here?
This is the closest Dunkin' Donuts to my house, and I would rather never have Dunkin' again than return here. Three out of the last five times my order was incorrect. This morning, I clearly ordered a Large Iced coffee and was given the total for a LARGE. When I got to the window, there was a medium prepared, and when I said it should have been a large, she sighed and said "we heard you say medium, but I guess we can make you a large." No thank you, I was already in line way too long.
