This place is a nightmare the let the manager hired her own daughter to work there! 🤣🤣🤣
Waited 50 minutes trapped in the drive thru at 7am. Tried to be understanding but almost an hour is unacceptable. When I ordered my food the staff was unpleasant and again sat at the window for 10 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of mine. It was not busy inside or in the drive thru. Confusing and disappointing experience.
So I waited 45 minutes in line ordered got up to the window. They didn’t have what I wanted and I got some hashbrowns. Leave the window. The hashbrowns are ice cold I were getting back in line and waiting another 45 minutes. I don’t know who’s running this show, but they’re not doing a good job. You guys need to buckle up very unsatisfied never come here again.
I asked for less ice in my berry burst energy drink. And they still fill it 3/4 full of ice! For almost 5 dollars for a large. I think I will be asking for no ice from now on! They don't give their stuff away that's for sure!
I ordered a coffee and sandwich and it took 10 minutes sitting in the drive through with two other cars to get. Just go to another dunkin location, this one isn't worth it
