I was missing several items from a mobile app order that I picked up through the drive thru. I immediately called to complain and to request a refund. The assistant manager I spoke to was incredibly rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. He is mentally unwell and should be fired. I don’t know how he became a manager because he is highly unprofessional and incapable of interpersonal relations.
