VERY slow service almost every time. Won't be back anymore.
Stood in line for over 10 minutes with 1 guy in front of me, was ignored the entire time while 2 people ran around and 1 just stood there. Left after like 12 minutes without being able to order. Worst customer service I've ever had at a Dunkin.
$7.00 ice special coffee didn't have ant flavor
Gave us the wrong coffee when we said something to the lady at the window she became rude then asked for the coffee back instead of making us what we ordered she just took the sticker off of the wrong order and squirted caramel in it and gave back to us like we wouldn't notice update 5/18/26 I see you everyone's at 7 brew went to Dunkin again in how long completely messed are order up again
The most disgusting display of customer service canandaigua has ever had. I've given them multiple chances to redeem themselves and every single time I'm more disappointed than the last with disgustingly rude service. I've had people get nasty, roll their eyes in my face, drop drinks at me and talk to me in a condescending manner. I would recommend never going here again if you value people respecting you in front of your family.
