Very unprofessional customer service
Me and my husband came in to get a refresher drink , the girl took his order, was mopping and the one that making the drinks , wasn't doing anything they standed on over the side , one was making a drink for drive thru ,then on I had one to ask me which they wasn't paying attention because I was standing beside my husband asked me if I been waiting on, I said just waiting on my drinks and then another ask me the same thing , answer still the same . I hate to do this, but I’ve been annoyed for too long. These coffees are way too expensive for people to buy them and literally take a few sips and throw them away. The cold brew at this Dunkin always taste like water. I’m constantly told that the previous shift did not brew it right. That’s a problem and it should be an easy fix. And if it’s not then a new brew should be started immediately upon noticing that. I’m about to pull a 12 hour shift on a Sunday night and I just wanted a good freaking iced coffee.
