I had to have my son show me how to create a Google account, just so that I may write a review about this disgusting place. Not only does it have a cockroach problem, it is also unsanitary. I am referring to their lobby upon my arrival. If tables weren't taken by employees of the walmart with no dunkin product in hand (just taking up space for paying customers.), the only open ones would be covered in coffee rings from cups and also food wrappers left on it! Will not being going to this location anymore, I’ve been to almost all the locations in citrus county and this is the only store that refused to add extra refresher concentrate, at other store I’ve had managers and shift leaders say that it is okay they charge me .50-.75 cents for it and never had an issue.
I am definitely not coming back here after recieving a half-assed breakfast sandwich with the cheese hanging off of it, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase any baked goods because I saw a cockroach inside of the glass case on the right-hand side. I get that it's Florida, and that they're everywhere, but come on management team?? Step up!! It's a terrible look on the establishment!
I had a very long brunette hair in my bacon egg and cheese croissant... I noticed it while my husband was waiting on his drink. When I looked around, the manager was standing beside the cook station putting her hair back up in a loose bun, she was the only person in there with that long of hair.. I didn't even get another sandwich I just threw it away and haven't been back since. It's surprising seeing this out of a manager of all people.
The management seriously needs to be evaluated here by someone other than their own higher-ups. The team is not only uncoordinated, their manager is very clearly distracted with her own priorities. I stood in line for around ten minutes when there were two people behind the counter drowning in both online and in-house orders, while the manager herself was just standing at the end of the counter talking with her husband (a walmart employee) next to the icecream case.
