Its almost like they didn’t take my order at all. Had to ask them specifically for everything I ordered before it was given to me.
I’ve never left a review for Dunkin I go to so many so often and I don’t live near this one but they were so friendly and my breakfast sandwhich was the best it’s ever been at this dunkin
I'm an infrequent customer of this Dunkin. Last week the employee failed to properly scan my loyalty app (though I heard the beep?). I only realized this at a purchase at another Dunkin the next day, as there was a "two visit" promotion. Oh, if only I could rate the call center. There responses were two: 1) revisit the store and 2) pound sand.
