The manager wanted to go back & forth with me about if there were cinnamon sugar on top of my drink or not.. thats literally my favorite part of the drink & there was literally specs on top AND the drink wasnt even good, i get 8 pumps of caramel & i couldnt even taste the caramel.. just expresso. $5.09 a day for coffee isnt cheap at the end of the day... This dunkin is a joke anymore since they got all new people working the morning shift. They always make you feel like its your fault if you bring your drink back to be made... read more

Literally had no medium or large sized cups and failed to put it in the app
Don't sleep on these young people in customer service! Shya at this Dunkin Donuts, a young employee made my day, even though I forgot to stop at the speaker to place my order! She wasn't mad, she took my order with a smile! The coffee was nice and hot and always good! There are still young adults that know how to give excellent customer service! Thank you Shya.
