The food is fine. It wasn’t anything extraordinary. I only got 12 dozen donuts. The coffee was good though. I got an iced coffee I liked it but nothing extraordinary but good experience. But the hashbrowns absolutely disgusting. Do not get the hashbrowns.
Good customer service leads to repeat customers. You better believe after this morning's experience, I will be finding another location and driving out of my way. Train your employees to be nicer or don't expect repeat customers.
This location has had its ups and downs, but what place hasn’t? Today things seemed busier than normal. They were out of a lot but the woman through the speaker was very apologetic and offered other options and at the window was super professional and polite. I’ll return even if they are out of my favorites for the customer service alone. Managing how you react in stressful situations is key! I hope this message reaches the team that was there today!
