this place only seems to go more and more downhill.. WORST location i’ve ever been to, they either take forever to get your order to you, or make it completely wrong. the employees here and their customer service skills are awful.
Hit and miss the cold foam cold brew was super bitter the last few times I have gone to the point it’s not drinkable nothing like pouring a full $5 coffee down the drain.
Used to be great but it seems like the new people they bring in don't get the proper training or just dont care as much. Food is prepped sloppy and they dont update their menu for what seems like forever.
Got my drink order wrong, and gave me a cold "hot" sandwich.
Quality varies on the time of day. I hate writing reviews in general. I don't think they're a good way to give indicators of quality as I work in retail myself. But afternoons in this location are generally not good and the service is relatively mean. I had to clean my center console because of how gross everything was and how much leaked. Either way coffee is coffee. There are other Dunkin locations even an extra moment away
