The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I waited over 25 minutes in line just to get to the window for them to not give me my order. The manager was unprofessional and addressed me as ‘baby.’ I’ll never go back to this location.
Over the last month, the wait has been 10-20 minutes in the drive thru. This location has improved, but still has issues with consistency in service.
35 minite wait for 2 wraps and a sourdough sandwich. Only to find out they were out of tortillas. Watched 10 customers enter, only to get their food before me. No communication about tge issue until I asked for a refund. Watched an associate pour one gallon of milk into another (poor rotation in the back and faking expiration dates?). I will not be returning ever again. One bright spot? A patient and helpful register attendant, Abby.
