I have called this store 3 times this evening and no one has picked up. I'm just trying to talk to someone about my large order for tomorrow. I'm a supervisor at a neighboring restaurant and wouldn't stand for this kind of customer service. I'll do pick up from somewhere else from now on.
They had all the donuts in stock (finally!) but the coffee wasn’t great.
This is the worst DD in our area. They are always out of half the menu. How are you a donut shop that is out of most of your donuts by 11am? And what they do have tastes stale. The employees act like you are inconveniencing them by ordering or asking questions. Every time I come here I regret it.
Amazing service manager working this morning did an amazing job being friendly , understanding and helpful
One person working, long wait, didn't have doughnuts....
